Orbitech Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and publishes mobile games available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you play our games.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our games (the “Apps”), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Information We Collect

a. Device & Technical Information

Device model, operating system and version
Device language, region, and time zone
IP address (used transiently for network routing)
Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) collected with your consent
Crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics

b. Game Usage Data

Game progress (level completion, scores, in-game currency, settings)
Gameplay events (level start/complete/fail, item usage, button taps)
Session length and frequency

c. Account & Identification Data

Profile ID (a UUID we generate)
Authentication identifier (Apple Game Center ID, Google Play Games ID, or guest ID)
Optional display name
We do NOT access your email or account profile details beyond the platform ID

d. Ad-Related Data

Ad impressions, clicks, completions, and rewards earned
Advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) when consent is granted

e. In-App Purchase Data

Purchase receipts (verified via Apple/Google) and purchase history
We do NOT collect or store your payment card information

We do NOT sell your personal data.

4. Children’s Privacy

Cloud save data: Retained while account is active
Crash reports: Retained for up to 90 days
Analytics events: Retained for up to 24 months
Purchase records: Retained in accordance with tax laws

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account within our Apps (Settings > Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Other Rights: Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@orbitech.cc with your Profile ID.

7. Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising

iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
In-App: Decline the tracking consent prompt on first launch

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures (HTTPS/TLS, access controls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). By using our Apps, you consent to data processing in countries other than your residence, subject to legal safeguards.

10. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or social media linked within our Apps. Interaction with such links is at your own risk.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced in-App. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
